Directions

The Rice Creek Watershed District Office is located in the Village of Blaine at the intersection of Lexington Avenue with Interstate 35W, in Blaine, Minnesota.

From Northbound 35W:
Get off the highway at exit 33 (Lexington Avenue) and turn left onto Lexington Avenue at the top of the exit ramp. At the second light, make a right turn on Pheasant Ridge Drive, into the Village of Blaine shopping center.

From Southbound 35W:
Get off the highway at exit 33 (Lexington Avenue) and turn right onto Lexington Avenue at the top of the exit ramp. At the first light, make a right turn on Pheasant Ridge Drive, into the Village of Blaine shopping center.

Heading south on Lexington Avenue:
Go through the intersection with 109th Avenue. At the next light, just before Lexington crosses Interstate 35W, make a left turn into the Village of Blaine Shopping Center.

Heading east on 109th Avenue:
At the intersection with Lexington Avenue, make a right turn. At the next light, make a left into the Village of Blaine Shopping Center.

Once you are in the Village of Blaine Shopping Center:
Make a left at the first stop sign in the shopping center and drive in front of the stores (Cub Foods, Michael’s, Hallmark) until you are approaching the next stop sign and see a large bronze statue on your left. Park and head for the double-doors to the right of the statue next to Maurices (look for our sign above the door). Go through the doors, and upstairs, we are at the end of the hall (Suite 611).
