Please note time change The Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) will hold a public hearing regarding RCWD proposed Anoka-Washington Judicial Ditch 4 and Anoka County Ditch 15 Rule RMP-2 (Resource Management Plan-2) on May 14, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Shoreview City Council Chambers, 4600 North Victoria Street, Shoreview, MN. This rule will apply only to the geographic area in the cities of Forest Lake, Columbus and Lino Lakes encompassed by the Resource Management Plan. Information regarding the plan, rule and letter can be found on our website at: www.ricecreek.org or you can get a copy of the rule and letter at the District office.
