Hugo City Hall Rain Gardens
With the help of the District and the Metropolitan Council the City of Hugo has incorporated storm water infiltration techniques into the landscaping plan for their new city hall. Specific infiltration techniques demonstrated on the site include three rain gardens and two infiltration islands. Construction and landscaping for the project was completed in the fall of 2002.
