53-62 Resource Management Plan
A Draft Resource Management Plan (RMP) has been created for the drainage area of Anoka County Ditch (ACD) 53-62 in Blaine, Circle Pines, Lexington and Lino Lakes. This plan has been designed to address the twin goals of repairing the drainage of ditch system itself and to guide future development within the ACD 53-62 watershed. This plan is not the same plan as the 53-62 Comprehensive Wetland Management Plan detailed on this page as the RMP includes the entire 53-62 drainage area.

Anoka County Ditch 53-62 Comprehensive Wetland Management Plan
A comprehensive wetland management plan (CWMP) has been created for Anoka County Ditch 53-62. This ditch has a watershed of about 6,700 acres and is located in the Twin Cities North-Metro cities of: Blaine, Lino Lakes, Circle Pines and Lexington Minnesota. Due to the large percentage of wetlands in the watershed, a comprehensive wetland management plan has been created to balance the needs of development in this region with the legal requirements and environmental implications of impacting these important resources.
