02-10-2025 Board Workshop Update

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that due to a lack of a Quorum of Board Managers, the 02-10-2025 Board of Managers Workshop was cancelled. During this time, a regular meeting took place where the 02/10/2025 agenda items were discussed, however, no official action took place.
